Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist to design, deliver, and evaluate impactful sales training programs. The primary goal is to boost sales team efficiency and productivity by identifying performance gaps and developing the critical skills required to achieve company sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Gap Analysis:
Coordinate with sales managers to gather employee performance data
Analyze performance metrics to identify gaps in knowledge and practical skills
Conduct individual and focus group interviews with sales personnel to understand field challenges
Utilize gap analysis tools (self-assessments, direct manager evaluations) and prepare detailed training needs reports
2. Training Program Design:
Define clear learning objectives based on gap analysis resul
Develop structured training plans outlining content, methodologies, and timelines
Design engaging and professional learning materials (presentations, booklets, case studies, hands-on exercises)
3. Training Delivery & Execution:
Schedule training sessions in coordination with relevant departments to ensure seamless business operations
Facilitate interactive, professional training sessions (in-person and virtual) for new hires and existing sales staff
Drive learner engagement using group activities, practical simulations, and real-life sales scenarios
4. Training Evaluation & Continuous Improvement:
Develop and administer pre- and post-assessments to measure performance improvements
Collect participant feedback via post-training evaluation surveys
Analyze assessment results against predefined training objectives
Follow up with sales managers to measure the real-world impact on sales performance
Job Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience: 3 years of proven experience in Learning & Development (specialization in sales training is preferred)
Computer Skills: Very good proficiency in MS Office and digital training tools/platforms
Language Proficiency: Very good command of English (written and spoken)
