Sales Representative Pharma & Hospitality

Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Representative specializing in Pharma & Hospitality to join our dynamic team in Cairo Egypt. In this exciting role you will be responsible for promoting and selling our diverse range of pharmaceutical products and hospitality services to clients in Cairo and the surrounding regions.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in both pharmaceutical and hospitality sectors
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base in the Cairo area
• Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations to showcase our offerings effectively
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services
• Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and market dynamics in the Egyptian pharma and hospitality sectors
• Provide regular reports on sales activities pipeline and forecasts
• Attend industry events trade shows and conferences to represent the company
• Ensure compliance with all relevant pharmaceutical regulations and hospitality standards in Egypt
• Analyze market data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to maximize revenue in the assigned territory

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field
• Proven track record in sales preferably in pharmaceutical or hospitality industries
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Outstanding presentation and public speaking abilities
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical products regulations and industry trends
• Solid understanding of hospitality industry practices and current market trends
• Demonstrated experience in meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Fluency in Arabic and English
• Valid drivers license and willingness to travel within Cairo and surrounding areas
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with local healthcare systems and hospitality market in Egypt
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer needs
