Bi Manager

Job Summary

• Understand business requirements in the BI context and design data models/marts to convert raw data to meaningful insights.
  
• Create dashboards and visual interactive reports using Power BI/ Metabase.
  
• Identify KPIs with clear objectives and monitor them consistently.
  
• Analyze data and present it through reports that can help in decision-making.
  
• Able to convert business requirements into technical specifications and decide the timeline to accomplish tasks.
  
• To design develop and deploy Power BI/ Metabase scripts and perform efficient detailed analysis.
  
• Perform DAX queries and functions in Power BI.
  
• Create charts and document data with algorithms parameters models and relations explanations.
  
• Conduct Oracle data warehouse development.
  
• Perform SQL querying for the best results.
  
• Use filters and graphs for a better understanding of the data.
  
• Define and design new systems by analyzing current ETL processes.
  
• Make technical changes to existing BI systems to enhance their work.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or equivalent.
  
• Minimum 8 Years In Data & BI With minimum 3 Years as a Technical Lead or Manager
• Knowledge of functions Fin-tech and E-payment
  
• Proven experience in Linux and Windows Server OS and Oracle/MySQL/MS-SQL DB environments.
  
• Strong experience in Python
  
• Proven experience in ETL tools (Apache spark Kafka airflow)
  
• Be able to work with ambitious timelines in a dynamic high-growth environment
  
• Strong understanding of ODS DDS and data marts
  
• Good communications skills with both technical and business audiences.
