Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and convert new B2B and B2C business opportunities, targeting corporate clients, developers, commercial facilities, fleet operators, and individual customers.

• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and customer engagement to proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closure.

• Understand customer requirements and develop suitable technical and commercial EV charging solutions in coordination with internal teams.

• Prepare accurate quotations, technical proposals, tenders, and commercial offers while ensuring competitive pricing and healthy profit margins.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, developers, suppliers, and strategic partners.

• Manage vendor registrations, prequalification, and tender submissions with public and private entities.

• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to ensure accurate costing, smooth project handover, and fulfillment of commercial commitments.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.

• 2–3 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or a related commercial role.

• Experience in EV charging, electrical systems, energy, or related industries is an advantage.

• Strong commercial awareness, negotiation skills, and ability to prepare technical and commercial proposals.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership.

• Strong problem-solving skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and good command of English and Arabic.
