Job Title: Sales Supervisor

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Arrangement: Onsite

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Days Off: One day off per week

Location: El Salam City, Cairo, Egypt

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team in El Salam City. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the sales representatives, driving team performance to meet and exceed sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service. You will act as the bridge between management and the sales floor, coaching your team and reporting on results.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Supervise, motivate, and guide a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
• Sales Targets: Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and monitor team performance against them.
• Coaching & Training: Train new team members, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide ongoing coaching to improve sales skills.
• Daily Operations: Oversee daily sales activities, prepare work schedules, and ensure adequate floor coverage during the 8 AM – 5 PM shift.
• Customer Relations: Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure a high standard of customer service across the team.
• Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly sales reports and present results and insights to management.
• Inventory Coordination: Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure product availability and monitor stock levels as needed.
• Compliance: Ensure the team adheres to company policies, procedures, and sales standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of sales experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team-lead role.
• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
• Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-Driven: Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Organization: Good time-management and reporting skills; proficiency in MS Office.
• Location: Must be able to reliably commute to and work onsite in El Salam City.
