Tasks and Responsibilities: Inspect raw materials and finished products of towels and bathrobes to ensure they meet the required quality standards. Prepare and implement quality control and quality assurance procedures. Identify root causes of defects and work to prevent their recurrence. Coordinate with production, weaving, dyeing, finishing, and maintenance departments to resolve quality issues. Analyze quality data, track defect rates, reduce waste, and prepare quality reports. Support continuous improvement and ensure compliance with customer requirements and export standards. Qualifications and Requirements: Higher degree: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Textile) or Applied Arts (Textile). Previous experience in the field of textile manufacturing, dyeing, or a similar industrial environment is preferred. Proficiency in quality control tools and root cause analysis for defects. Possession of analysis, problem-solving, communication, and reporting skills.
