Required Tasks:
Execute all blacksmithing, welding, fabrication, and other technical tasks assigned by the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer according to established plans and work schedules.
Execute all detailing, maintenance, and upgrading works for steam lines from boilers to production lines and various machines.
Manufacture all types of parts according to engineering blueprints, technical drawings, and instructions from the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer.
Inspect manufactured parts to ensure they meet the final dimensions, measurements, and required tolerances according to technical plans and drawings, and verify the durability of the welds performed while working to minimize welding defects.
Coordinate with the spare parts warehouse keeper to request and receive the tools, equipment, and materials necessary to perform required blacksmithing and welding tasks, in accordance with approved systems, procedures, and instructions from the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer.
Use assigned machines, equipment, and tools correctly, maintain them in good operating condition, and report any malfunctions that occur.
Inform the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer of any technical tasks that cannot be performed within the available capabilities.
