Your new role

As a Digital Specialist youll be at the intersection of medical expertise and digital influence building and managing meaningful relationships with high-impact healthcare professionals who are shaping how Wegovy is understood and discussed online.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a portfolio of Digital Opinion Leaders (DOLs) developing individualized engagement plans tailored to each doctors content style audience and preferred platforms.
• Co-creating impactful content working alongside DOLs to develop content briefs and ideas aligned with Wegovys communication strategy from Instagram Reels to LinkedIn articles and YouTube videos.
• Conducting regular meetings (both face-to-face and virtual) with DOLs to maintain strong relationships identify new content opportunities and onboard new DOLs on Wegovys value proposition and clinical data.
• Mapping and identifying new DOL talent expanding beyond the existing database to find the next generation of influential voices in the obesity space.
• Ensuring compliance and quality coordinating medical and regulatory reviews maintaining proper documentation and ensuring all content meets Novo Nordisk guidelines.
• Tracking performance and impact monitoring content metrics (reach impressions engagement share of voice) competitive DOL activity and providing weekly/monthly performance dashboards.
• Collaborating cross-functionally working closely with marketing teams medical representatives communications and regulatory affairs to amplify DOL content and align with broader field force strategies.

Your work will directly influence how healthcare professionals and patients understand obesity treatment helping to shift perceptions and increase access to life-changing care. Your skills & qualifications

Were looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of relationship management digital content and healthcare. Youll bring:

• Experience in digital engagement or influencer management ideally within healthcare pharmaceutical marketing or medical communications.
• Strong relationship-building skills the ability to develop authentic connections with healthcare professionals and maintain them over time.
• Digital content expertise understanding of social media platforms (Instagram LinkedIn YouTube TikTok) content formats and what drives engagement.
• Strategic thinking ability to develop individualized engagement plans identify opportunities and optimize based on performance data.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with DOLs marketing teams medical affairs and regulatory stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset comfortable tracking metrics creating dashboards and translating data into actionable insights.
• Understanding of compliance requirements awareness of pharmaceutical regulations and the importance of content approval processes.
