• Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Recording daily journal entries and performing accounting reconciliations.

• Managing accounts for clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.

• Monitoring project expenses and allocating costs to each project.

• Reviewing payment certificates (invoices/statements of work) and tracking invoices and financial claims.

• Managing petty cash, advances, and cash or bank-related expenditures.

• Preparing periodic financial reports and handling month-end closing processes.

• Organizing and maintaining accounting documents and files.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of practical experience in the construction/contracting sector.

• Proficiency in using Excel.

• Familiarity with the documentation and accounting cycles specific to construction/contracting companies.

• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to follow up effectively.
