Middle East Glass Manufacturing Co. is looking for a Mechanical Power Engineer to manage, maintain, and optimize mechanical systems, utilities, and machinery within our production facilities.

Location: Nasr City, Cairo.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems, HVAC, compressors, pumps, and hydraulic/pneumatic equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical faults rapidly to ensure continuous production and minimal downtime.
• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance plans for all mechanical utilities and power equipment.
• Ensure all mechanical operations strictly comply with industrial safety standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with production and electrical maintenance teams to improve energy efficiency and plant performance.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical Power Engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of practical experience in mechanical maintenance and utility systems.
• Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in the manufacturing, glass, or cement industries.
• Solid technical knowledge of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, industrial machinery, and rotating equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced industrial environment.
