Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Electrical Engineer role based at Alfa Ceramica’s facilities in Giza. The Electrical Engineer will oversee electrical systems within the manufacturing plant, including design, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment and power distribution networks. Responsibilities include monitoring system performance, diagnosing faults, coordinating repairs, and supporting preventive maintenance to minimize downtime. The role involves collaborating with production, maintenance, and safety teams to ensure compliance with relevant standards and to improve energy efficiency and equipment reliability. The Electrical Engineer will also assist in planning and implementing upgrades, participating in technical evaluations for new machinery, and maintaining accurate documentation for electrical systems.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Electrical Engineering and Electricity knowledge applicable to industrial environments.
• Candidates should possess skills in Electrical Design, including layouts, schematics, and selection of components for manufacturing facilities.
• Candidates should possess experience with Power Systems, including analysis, protection, and control of electrical networks.
• Candidates should possess understanding of Power Distribution for plant operations, including panels, transformers, and safety devices.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing settings, preferably in ceramics or similar process industries.
• Knowledge of applicable electrical codes, standards, and safety practices.
• Ability to read technical drawings, use diagnostic tools, and prepare accurate reports.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively on-site in Giza.
