Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Graphic Designer role based in Alexandria, Egypt. The Senior Graphic Designer will lead the development of visual concepts and designs for digital and print assets, including brand identities, marketing campaigns, event materials, and multimedia content. Responsibilities include creating logos and branding systems, selecting and applying typography, preparing layouts, and ensuring design consistency across all platforms. The role involves collaborating closely with marketing, event, and web teams, presenting design proposals to stakeholders, and managing multiple projects from concept through final production. The Senior Graphic Designer will also mentor junior designers, contribute to creative strategy, and stay updated on design trends relevant to the MENA region and global markets.
Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Graphic Design and Graphics, with a portfolio demonstrating high-quality digital and print work.
• Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding, including creating cohesive visual identities for diverse clients and sectors.
• Advanced Typography skills, with the ability to select, pair, and customize typefaces for effective visual communication.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and related software).
• Proven ability to lead design projects, manage timelines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong visual storytelling skills and attention to detail, with a focus on user-centric and brand-consistent design.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to explain design decisions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback constructively.
• Experience working in marketing, events, media production, or agency environments in the MENA region is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
