Tips: A Technical Office Architect with previous experience in construction and real estate industry and previous experience in Site is a plus.

Responsibilities

-Experience in real estate development or construction companies.

- Knowledge of Autodesk Revit and BIM workflows.

- Experience supporting sales teams and handling technical inquiries related to residential units.

- Familiarity with CRM systems and real estate sales processes.

Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an architectural technical office.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

- Good knowledge of architectural drawings, quantity surveying, BOQs, and finishing specifications.

- Ability to coordinate with the Sales Department and provide accurate technical information about residential units, layouts, areas, and finishing materials.

- Good communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
