1. Monitor and oversee Command Center operations to ensure smooth patient flow and operational efficiency.

2. Track key operational KPIs and service level metrics across branches and departments.

3. Analyze real-time and historical operational data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.

4. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and dashboards for management.

5. Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, call center, and supporting departments to resolve operational issues.

6. Monitor appointment utilization, attendance rates, no-shows, walk-ins, and capacity management.

7. Support operational planning and performance optimization activities.

8. Escalate critical operational incidents and ensure timely resolution.

9. Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and patient experience.

10. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with reporting standards.

Requirements

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

2. Experience in operational performance monitoring and KPI management.

3. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Dashboards, Data Analysis).

4. Good knowledge of Power BI and reporting tools.

5. Ability to analyze large datasets and generate actionable insights.

6. Strong presentation and reporting skills.

7. Very good written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.

8. Knowledge of healthcare operations, appointment management, and patient flow management is preferred.

9. Basic understanding of Workforce Management concepts, including forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, and resource utilization.

10. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage operational priorities.
