Product Expert

Role Purpose:

Act as the product specialist for vehicles, technologies, and services, delivering exceptional customer experiences through product presentations, demonstrations, test drives, and vehicle handovers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Present vehicle features, technologies, and benefits to customers
• Conduct product demonstrations and test drives
• Support customers during vehicle delivery and setup of digital services
• Act as a brand ambassador and enhance showroom customer experience
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and support team training
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in automotive, sales, customer experience, or product specialist roles
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Passion for automotive products and technology
• Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
