• Coordinate with different departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and workflow
• Act as a liaison between management, employees, and external business partners
• Communicate and negotiate with suppliers to support business operations and maintain effective supplier relationships
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and business travel arrangements
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally
• Prepare reports, presentations, official documents, and other administrative materials
• Manage daily office operations, procedures, and systems to ensure efficiency and organization
• Support administrative activities related to supply chain operations and supplier coordination
• Attend international exhibitions and company events, representing the organization professionally
• Provide administrative and organizational support to management and other departments as needed
  
  

Requirements

Requirements

Professional and presentable, with the ability to represent the company at business events and international exhibitions.

Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Willing to work on-site at the assigned office location.

Flexible and willing to travel internationally for company events and exhibitions when required, typically for one week or less per trip.

Residing within a reasonable commuting distance of the office location to ensure regular on-site attendance.

Basic understanding of supply chain operations and procedures.
