Professional sales staff with actual experience in the field of online sales, preferably with experience in the apparel industry, to join the company's sales team and work from the company's headquarters. Tasks and Responsibilities: • Communicate with customers and respond to their inquiries in a professional manner that helps complete sales transactions. • Possess strong persuasion and negotiation skills to convert customer inquiries into confirmed orders. • Achieve sales targets and the required monthly quota. • Follow up with customers effectively to increase the chances of completing purchases. • Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions to finalize sales. • Provide accurate information about products, prices, and available offers. • Adhere to company policies and procedures for registering and tracking orders. • Maintain a distinguished level of customer service that contributes to increasing sales and customer satisfaction. Application Requirements: • Previous experience in sales, preferably in Online Sales. • Experience in selling apparel is preferred. • Strong skills in persuasion, negotiation, and closing sales. • Ability to achieve targets and work according to clear goals. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with various types of customers. • Seriousness, commitment, and ability to work under pressure. • Ability to work within a team and constantly strive to achieve better results.
