Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Analyst to support the Direct Import and Third-Party Logistics teams. The role focuses on data analysis reporting and system enhancement to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
The candidate will be responsible for developing SQL queries building dashboards monitoring program performance and following up on operational processes. The role also involves working with AWS-based tools and data platforms to support scalable and reliable solutions.

Key job responsibilities
This role requires close collaboration with operations product and technical teams. The candidate is expected to take ownership of data-related initiatives proactively identify gaps and contribute to continuous process improvements.
Strong communication skills are essential as the role involves regular stakeholder interaction requirement gathering and translating business needs into technical solutions. Familiarity with current internal systems and workflows in Direct Import and 3PL operations will be considered a strong advantage.

- Experience that includes strong analytical skills attention to detail and effective communication abilities or experience in SQL Server/MySQL
- Experience with reporting and Data Visualization tools such as Quick Sight / Tableau / Power BI or other BI packages
- Experience that includes strong analytical skills attention to detail and effective communication abilities
- Can work proactively and independently meet deadlines and deliver on projects and tasks
- Experience working effectively across cross-functional teams and partnering well with people at all levels within an organization
- Knowledge of programming languages such as C/C Python Java or Perl

- Experience with AWS technologies like Redshift S3 AWS Glue EMR Kinesis FireHose Lambda and IAM roles and permissions
- Experience in logistics transportation supply chain import/export operations or data entry/data administration
- Knowledge of SQL and data warehousing concepts
- 1 years of developing automated reporting experience
- Experience translating customer needs into business requirements
