Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Executive / Senior Recruiter to independently manage end-to-end recruitment requirements ensuring timely fulfilment quality hiring and a positive candidate experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing targeted sourcing strategies managing multiple recruitment assignments and partnering with hiring managers and business stakeholders to meet recruitment objectives. The role requires the ability to manage high-volume hiring requirements while maintaining recruitment quality process compliance and effective candidate engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned recruitment requirements from initial sourcing through candidate selection offer management and joining.
• Understand job specifications required skills experience levels and job band requirements to ensure accurate candidate selection.
• Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies using job portals professional networks referrals databases and other recruitment channels.
• Review CVs and conduct HR screening interviews to assess candidate suitability experience communication skills and alignment with role requirements.
• Manage interview scheduling candidate follow-ups interview feedback selection processes and offer coordination.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand recruitment priorities and expectations.
• Manage candidate pipelines and monitor recruitment progress ageing conversion rates and potential hiring risks.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers applicant records and system updates.
• Ensure adherence to recruitment processes governance requirements and documentation standards.
• Support high-volume lateral and niche recruitment requirements adapting sourcing strategies to suit different roles and hiring needs.
• Proactively identify recruitment challenges and implement solutions to maintain hiring momentum.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process ensuring a professional and engaging experience.

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate qualification.
• A specialisation in Human Resources or a related field would be advantageous.

Experience

• Minimum of two years relevant end-to-end Talent Acquisition experience.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously.
• Experience in bulk or high-volume recruitment is essential.
• Experience managing recruitment pipelines candidate screening interview coordination offers and joining processes.
• Exposure to lateral and niche hiring would be advantageous.

Working Conditions

This is a mandatory office-based position in Heliopolis Cairo requiring five to six working days per week. Candidates should be comfortable managing multiple vacancies and working towards defined recruitment targets in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

The salary budget is up to EGP 40000 gross per month subject to the employers compensation and selection process.
