Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Directly supervising the daily workflow within the branch to ensure the highest level of efficiency and quality of service provided to customers.
• Full commitment to applying approved hygiene, food safety, and health standards.
• Managing and directing the team, assigning tasks, and following up on attendance adherence and performance levels.
• Handling customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure their complete satisfaction and enhance the brand image.
• Submitting periodic reports to the executive management regarding workflow, operational needs, and overall performance levels.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in the Food and Beverage (F&B) field or the hospitality and restaurant sector.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
• Ability to work within a team, handle work pressure, and commit to a shift system.
