We're hiring: Customer Support Specialist – Egypt

• Budget: Up to $600 USD
• Pay: E£27,521.00 – E£32,701.20 per month

We're looking for a Customer Support Specialist based in Egypt who is a strong problem-solver, communicates exceptionally well, and enjoys taking ownership of customer issues from start to finish.

What You'll Do

• Handle customer queries and resolve product-related issues
• Onboard and guide customers through QuickSync
• Troubleshoot issues and identify root causes
• Handle escalations and difficult customer situations
• Proactively identify account issues before they affect customers
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams when required
• Gather customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve product adoption and customer experience

What We're Looking For

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Technical aptitude and the ability to understand product workflows and integrations
• Experience with CRM, ticketing, or customer support tools
• Calm, patient, and confident when dealing with customers
• Experience in Customer Support, Technical Support, Customer Success, Sales, or Account Management is preferred
• E-commerce or SaaS experience is a plus

We're looking for someone who doesn't just answer tickets.

You should be someone who can think through a problem, ask the right questions, take ownership, handle pressure, and make the customer feel that someone is genuinely working with them to solve the problem.
