Position Summary

The AP Posting Associate is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of invoices, including invoice indexing and posting, while ensuring compliance with company policies and service level agreements.

A Day in the Life

• Process and post invoices in SAP in line with established timelines and quality standards.
• Ensure timely invoice indexing and posting activities.
• Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to maintain operational excellence.
• Prepare and assemble invoices for payment processing.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and market teams to resolve invoice-related issues and queries.
• Provide supporting documentation for internal and external audits.
• Manage parked and blocked invoices to ensure timely resolution.
• Support the maintenance of the GRIR (Goods Receipt/Invoice Receipt) report to positively impact financial reporting, P&L, and COGS accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with Nestlé policies, controls, and operational procedures.
  
  

What Will Make You Successful

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Full proficiency in English.
• 0-2 year of experience in Accounting, Finance, Accounts Payable, or a related area.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.
