• Perform detailed pre-delivery quality checks on finished furniture items.
• Responsible for managing the factory and supplier network, purchasing activities, and quality control of locally manufactured products.
• Verify compliance with approved specifications, dimensions, materials, finishing, and overall craftsmanship.

• ensuring that all manufactured products meet the approved specifications, drawings, samples, quantities, quality standards, and project deadlines.

• Identify and document any defects or non-conformities.
• Coordinate with the sellers to resolve issues before shipment.
• Approve or reject products for delivery based on inspection results.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and reports.Company Description

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

• 4 7 years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, manufacturing, supplier management, or QC.

• Experience in furniture, FF&E, interior fit-out, manufacturing, hospitality, or project-based procurement is highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of furniture manufacturing and materials.

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.

• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.

• Good understanding of QC and manufacturing inspection processes.

• Strong Excel and reporting skills.

• Good English communication skills.

• Willingness to conduct regular factory visits and supplier inspections.
