Job Description & Summary

The Product Designer - Manager will be a key contributor to our design team responsible for leading the design of major features and products. This role requires a highly skilled designer with a strong understanding of user-centereddesign principles a passion for creating exceptional user experiences and the ability to mentor other designers.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of complex and strategic projects from concept to launch.

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to create innovative and user-friendly designs.

• Conduct user research interviews and usability testing to inform design decisions.

• Create high-fidelitymockups prototypes and design specifications.

• Mentor and provide guidance to other designers on the team.

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design system.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Design Human-Computer Interaction or a related field or equivalent experience.

• 8 years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio of successful projects.

• Expertisein design and prototyping tools such as Sketch Figma or Adobe XD.

• Handson experience applying AI to enhance UX research run automated usability testinganalyzeuserbehavior and improve design workflow efficiency.

• A track recordof building andmaintainingcomponentlibraries design tokens and documentation across teams.

• Deep understanding of user-centereddesign principles and methodologies.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience leading design projects and mentoring other designers.

• Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript).

• Experience with motion design and animation.
