Key Responsibilities

• Serve customers remotely through Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) via live video, delivering a professional and friendly service experience.
• Perform cash deposits and withdrawals in EGP and Foreign Currency through the ITM, within approved limits.
• Process cheque deposits and withdrawals by reviewing scanned cheque images and validating all required details.
• Verify customers' identity remotely by reviewing scanned national IDs, passports or military cards, and confirming they match the customer on screen.
• Verify customers' signatures captured on the ITM within limit, and obtain proper authorization for over-limit transactions.
• Handle customer inquiries and service requests through the ITM, and escalate complaints to the ITM Supervisor.
• Monitor ITM status (cash levels, cheques, cards and printer supplies) and report any technical issue or replenishment need to the concerned teams.
• Coordinate with Branch Operations and the Central Vault on cash replenishment and balancing for assigned ITMs.
• Review and reconcile daily ITM transactions, and prepare the required daily reports.
• Execute incoming transfers through exchange companies on "ADIB Remit".
• Spot potential selling opportunities and refer them to concerned parties.
• Comply with all relevant CBE regulations, AML regulations and internal ADIB policies as per set limits and given signature authority, to maintain ADIB's sound legal position and mitigate any potential risks.
• Work on a shift basis, including early mornings, evenings and weekends, as per ITM operating hours.
