Duties and Responsibilities: Supervise all tax work and transactions for the firm's clients, ensuring compliance with Egyptian tax laws and regulations. Review and prepare all types of tax returns for companies, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to legal deadlines. Provide tax consultations and solutions to clients to help manage tax liabilities and minimize risks. Follow up on updates and developments in tax laws, regulations, and instructions, and their application to client transactions. Represent the firm's clients before the Tax Authority, follow up on audit procedures, and respond to tax claims and disputes. Prepare and review tax memos and responses, and follow up on audit files and settlements. Prepare periodic reports on the clients' tax status and provide necessary recommendations to management. Manage and guide colleagues in the tax department, assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure tasks are completed on time. Review the quality of work and ensure compliance with the firm's internal standards and procedures. Contribute to the development of work procedures and improve the quality of tax services provided to clients. Required Qualifications and Experience: University degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent. 3 to 8 years of experience in the tax field. Previous experience in accounting, auditing, and tax consulting firms is a mandatory requirement. Appropriate knowledge of Egyptian tax laws, their amendments, and practical applications. Practical experience in tax audits and dealing with the Tax Authority. Proficiency in using the electronic tax system. Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, accounting software, and ERP systems. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interaction skills with clients and government entities. Ability to manage and guide a team.
