Job description

• The Senior Infrastructure Engineer who will be responsible for designing, implementing, operating and securing the network and security infrastructure, including next-generation firewalls (FortiGate and Palo Alto), Cisco switching, network access control (Cisco ISE) and enterprise storage, ensuring high availability, performance and compliance with security policies.
• Firewalls and network security:
• Design, deploy and maintain FortiGate and Palo Alto firewalls (policies, NAT, VPN, HA, IPS / threat prevention, SSL inspection).
• Manage site-to-site and remote-access VPNs, rule-base reviews, firmware upgrades and change requests.
• Monitor security events, investigate incidents and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Cisco switching and network infrastructure:
• Configure and support Cisco campus and data center switches (VLANs, STP, EtherChannel, inter-VLAN routing, HSRP).
• Troubleshoot Layer 2 / Layer 3 issues; manage OS upgrades, capacity planning and network documentation.
• Network access control (Cisco ISE):
• Deploy and administer Cisco ISE: 802.1X, MAB, profiling, posture, guest access and TrustSec.
• Maintain authentication / authorization policies, RADIUS / TACACS+, and integrations with Active Directory, switches, wireless and firewalls.
• Operations and governance:
• Ensure availability and hardening of infrastructure services in line with security policies and standards.
