Role Description
We are seeking a Level II Project Engineer with a structural engineering background to coordinate engineering projects, manage schedules, track deliverables, and communicate with engineers, clients, and construction teams. Responsibilities include following up on drawings and approvals, coordinating inspections and technical information, monitoring progress, identifying risks, and ensuring project quality and deadlines are met.
Qualifications
- Structural Engineering: Ability to understand structural drawings, calculations, and design deliverables.
- Project Management: Experience coordinating schedules, deliverables, and multiple projects.
- Coordination & Expediting: Ability to follow up on documents, approvals, inspections, and pending tasks.
- U.S. Codes: Must have experience with U.S. building codes and structural engineering standards.
- Communication: Excellent spoken and written English for working with U.S.-based clients and teams.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools; BIM/Revit and structural design software experience is a plus.
- Industry Experience: Background in structural engineering, civil engineering, or construction.
- Education: Degree in civil or structural engineering.
