Compensation: Commission-only. No fixed salary. Commission terms will be discussed during the interview.

Castle Real Estate Agency & Interior Designing is based in Alexandria, Egypt. We provide property marketing and brokerage services for residential and commercial sales and rentals, alongside finishing services.

About the Role

We are looking for a Real Estate Sales Agent to develop client relationships, identify suitable properties, arrange viewings, and follow up on sales and rental opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Understand clients’ property requirements and recommend relevant options.
• Generate leads and maintain relationships with buyers, tenants, and property owners.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Maintain accurate property information and client follow-up records.
• Communicate offers and support negotiations between the parties.
• Coordinate with the team throughout the transaction process.

Requirements

• Previous experience in real estate sales or brokerage.
• Knowledge of Alexandria’s property market; North Coast experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-service skills.
• Consistent follow-up, organization, and attention to detail.
• Confidence using WhatsApp, basic office tools, and property-listing platforms.
• Fluency in Arabic; English is an advantage.
• Willingness to work on a commission-only basis.
