An inside sales representative is needed to work at one of the company’s retail stores – Ain Shams. Duties and Responsibilities: Welcoming customers and interacting with them professionally. Identifying customer needs and assisting them in selecting appropriate products. Explaining products, prices, and features to customers. Achieving the required sales targets. Following up with customers and responding to their inquiries. Maintaining the organization and arrangement of products within the store. Contributing to achieving a high level of customer satisfaction. Required Qualifications: Previous experience in sales, especially retail sales, is preferred. Good communication and persuasion skills. Well-groomed and polite in conduct. Seriousness, commitment, and the ability to work under pressure. Full availability for work. It is preferred that the applicant resides in Ain Shams or nearby areas. Workplace: Ain Shams – Cairo.
