Tasks and responsibilities: Follow up on customer accounts periodically and ensure that account statements are sent on time. Perform periodic account reconciliations with customers and resolve any discrepancies if found. Follow up on the collection of dues and debts on the scheduled dates. Phone communication and field visits (if required) to ensure regular cash flows. Prepare periodic reports on debt aging (Aging Analysis) and the collection status for each customer. Coordinate with the sales team to address any issues regarding invoices or late payments.
