Senior Graphic Design Team Lead
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and highly creative Senior Graphic Design Team Lead to lead and oversee our graphic design team within a fast-paced media and film production environment.
The ideal candidate should have a strong design background, proven leadership skills, and a solid understanding of the creative and production workflows involved in media, entertainment, and film projects. This role requires someone who can translate creative directions into high-quality visual outputs, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and guide a team of designers from concept development to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and supervise a team of graphic designers, ensuring the quality and consistency of all creative outputs.
- Oversee the design workflow across multiple media, entertainment, and film production projects.
- Understand project requirements, production pipelines, creative briefs, and deadlines to ensure smooth execution.
- Distribute tasks, manage priorities, and allocate resources efficiently across the design team.
- Collaborate closely with creative directors, producers, art directors, and other production departments.
- Provide creative direction, constructive feedback, and guidance to designers throughout the design process.
- Ensure all designs meet the required creative standards, technical specifications, and production requirements.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining efficiency and attention to detail.
- Identify workflow improvements and help develop the team's creative and technical capabilities.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within media production, film, television, entertainment, or event production.
- Strong understanding of graphic design principles, visual communication, typography, composition, and branding.
- Good understanding of media and film production workflows and the role of graphic design within the production pipeline.
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating creative versatility and professional experience.
