Quality Control Engineer

- Key Responsibilities:

* Monitor product quality throughout production processes.
* Conduct sampling and testing for raw materials and finished products.
* Perform physical tests such as PDI, sieve tests, floating/sinking tests, and stability tests.
* Ensure correct packaging, labeling, printing, and product specifications.
* Monitor production lines, storage conditions, and contamination prevention measures.
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.
* Investigate non-conformities and follow corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
* Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Stores, Safety, and Purchasing departments.
* Ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures.

- Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture (Animal Prouction Department is preferred ).
* Experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance (preferred in the field of Food production, Feeds, or Mills industries).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Good communication and reporting skills.
