Job Summary

Jadeer is hiring on behalf of one of our clients a growing organization operating within the FMCG sector. As part of its regional operations the company is seeking a Regional Legal Counsel to provide legal support ensure regulatory compliance and manage legal risks across assigned markets.

Role Overview

The Regional Legal Counsel will be responsible for overseeing legal matters across the region providing strategic and operational legal advice and supporting business functions to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on commercial corporate and operational matters

• Draft review and negotiate contracts agreements and legal documentation

• Ensure compliance with regional and local laws regulations and internal policies

• Identify and manage legal risks and support dispute resolution when required

• Liaise with external legal counsel regulators and authorities as needed

• Support internal stakeholders on legal best practices and governance matters

• Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on the business

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in a legal counsel or similar legal role

• Experience within FMCG commercial or corporate environments is preferred

• Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks in Jordan and/or Egypt

• Excellent communication negotiation and analytical skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a regional role
