Role Description The SaaS Business Developer will be responsible for driving growth of ScribeMe’s accessibility platform by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing relationships with prospective and existing clients. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Cairo, Egypt, with a mix of on-site collaboration and work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, generating and qualifying leads, presenting product demos, and managing a structured sales pipeline. The role also involves coordinating with product and customer success teams, gathering feedback from clients, and helping shape go-to-market strategies. The Business Developer will prepare proposals, negotiate terms, track performance metrics, and contribute to continuous improvement in sales processes.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to interpret market data, sales metrics, and customer insights.
• Excellent communication skills for client outreach, presentations, and internal collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability in lead generation and prospecting within SaaS or technology markets.
• Experience conducting structured market research to identify target segments and competitive positioning.
• Customer service mindset with a focus on long-term relationships and user satisfaction.
• Previous experience in B2B SaaS sales, business development, or account management is highly beneficial.
• Understanding of digital accessibility, assistive technologies, or related domains is an advantage.
• Comfort with CRM tools, online collaboration platforms, and data-driven reporting.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment in Cairo, Egypt, managing time and priorities independently.
• English fluency is a must
