Blackhorse Real Estate is a Cairo brokerage handling sales and rentals across East Cairo’s leading compounds.

The role:

You’ll own our online listings across Bayut/Dubizzle, Property Finder, and Facebook, and stay on top of the market behind them. Real estate experience helps but isn’t required. Tracking the market and our competitors every day is.

What you’ll do

• Publish and manage our sale and rental and sale listings on Bayut/Dubizzle, Property Finder, Facebook, and other platforms
• Keep every listing accurate and current (prices, photos, availability), and update or remove units once they’re sold or rented
• Monitor the market daily: competitor listings, asking prices, new inventory, and how similar units are marketed
• Flag pricing gaps and opportunities to the sales team
• Follow our listing standards on accuracy, privacy, and platform policy

Must-haves

• Real interest in the property market and the discipline to follow it daily
• Strong attention to detail, and organized enough to handle a high volume of listings
• Good written Arabic and English
• Comfortable with online platforms and spreadsheets

Nice to have

• Real estate experience in brokerage, listings, or property portals
• Familiarity with East Cairo compounds

Work setup

• Based in our Fifth Settlement office, with some remote work from home when needed
• Full-time
