About the Internship

As a Data Analytics Intern, you'll work on realistic business challenges involving data cleaning, exploratory analysis, visualization, dashboards, and insight reporting.

You'll learn how analysts take messy, incomplete datasets and transform them into clear stories — finding patterns, spotting trends, and answering the questions that drive real business decisions.

Responsibilities

* Collect, clean, and organize datasets from realistic business scenarios.

* Explore data to identify patterns, trends, and outliers.

* Build clear, professional data visualizations and charts.

* Create dashboards that track key business metrics.

* Analyze customer, sales, or operational data to answer real business questions.

* Write concise insight reports with findings and recommendations.

* Present analytical findings to stakeholders in plain, non-technical language.

* Compare performance across time periods, segments, or channels.

* Define meaningful KPIs and success metrics for business scenarios.

* Validate data quality and flag inconsistencies or gaps.

* Work with spreadsheets and modern analytics tools.

* Use spreadsheet formulas to query and transform data.

* Apply basic statistical methods to summarize and compare data.

* Automate repetitive reporting tasks where possible.

* Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, visualization, and reporting.

* Document analytical methods so analyses are reproducible and transparent.

* Collaborate with other interns on cross-functional data projects.

* Turn ambiguous questions into structured analytical plans.

Requirements

* Current student or recent graduate in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.

* Strong interest in data analysis, statistics, and business problem-solving.

* Analytical and logical thinking with close attention to detail.

* Comfort working with numbers and structured data.

* Ability to explain findings clearly in writing.

* Basic familiarity with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) is a plus.

* Curiosity about how data drives real business decisions.

* Self-motivated and able to work independently on analytical tasks.

* Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms is a plus.

* Previous professional data analytics experience is not required.
