Hiring: Freelance Creative Designer & Video Editor

The ideal candidate should be capable of handling the entire creative process, from understanding ideas and developing concepts to designing, editing, formatting, and publishing professional content.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality graphic designs for social media, branding, marketing, and print materials.
• Edit professional videos, Reels, and promotional content.
• Develop motion graphics, animations, and visual effects.
• Handle content formatting, coordination, and social media publishing.
• Work on both client projects and internal brand content.
• Transform briefs and ideas into creative, practical executions.
• Proactively suggest creative solutions and improvements.
• Use AI-powered tools to improve creative workflows and production quality.
• Maintain high-quality standards and meet deadlines.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
• Professional video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Motion graphics and animation using Adobe After Effects.
• Excellent design, typography, layout, and visual composition skills.
• Experience in content creation, formatting, and publishing.
• Proficiency in AI tools for design, video editing, and content production.
• Strong conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand requirements and execute independently.
• Good communication, flexibility, and commitment.
