• Manage and oversee all acrylic bathtub manufacturing operations.

• Supervise production processes, including acrylic sheet forming, reinforcement, and finishing.

• Develop production plans and ensure achievement of production targets.

• Monitor product quality and reduce rejection and waste rates.

• Manage production teams, allocate tasks, and evaluate performance.

• Coordinate with the maintenance department to ensure machine efficiency and minimize downtime.

• Monitor raw material consumption and control production costs.

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives.

• Prepare periodic production reports and performance indicators.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing and production management.

• Previous experience in Acrylic Bathtub Manufacturing is highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of acrylic thermoforming and vacuum forming processes.

• Good understanding of production planning and manufacturing operations.

• Experience in quality control and process improvement.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Ability to control production costs and minimize material waste.
