Role Description This full-time, on-site Resale / Primary Real Estate Agent (District 5) role is based in New Cairo. The agent will manage client relationships, conduct property viewings, and guide clients through buying, selling, and renting processes in the District 5 area. Daily tasks include sourcing and listing properties, updating property information, following up on leads, and negotiating offers to close deals. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams, staying informed about market trends and project updates, and ensuring all documentation and contracts are completed accurately. The agent is expected to provide professional, customer-focused service and represent EgyProperty’s values in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities, with a proven capacity to close real estate transactions.
• Client relationship management skills, including active listening, clear communication, and follow-up discipline.
• Solid knowledge of the New Cairo and District 5 real estate market, or strong willingness and ability to learn quickly.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients, properties, and tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in basic digital tools (CRM systems, email, spreadsheets, and property listing platforms).
• Professional presentation and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to ethical and non-discriminatory practices.
• Ability to work on-site in New Cairo, including flexibility for evening or weekend client meetings when needed.
• Prior experience in real estate sales or brokerage is highly preferred; a relevant degree or certification in business, marketing, or real estate is an advantage.
