Job description

• Define and lead the organization's overall AI strategy, roadmap, and implementation plans in alignment with business goals.

  
  

• Lead, mentor, and manage multidisciplinary AI teams, including AI/ML Engineers, Generative AI Specialists, AI Automation Specialists, and AI Infrastructure Engineers.

  
  

• Oversee the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of AI and Machine Learning solutions.

  
  

• Drive the adoption and implementation of Generative AI technologies, including LLMs, RAG architectures, AI agents, and Agentic AI solutions.

  
  

• Identify business opportunities where AI can improve operational efficiency, automate processes, enhance customer experience, and generate business value.

  
  

• Oversee AI product development and ensure successful delivery of AI-driven solutions from concept to production.

  
  

• Establish best practices for MLOps, LLMOps, model deployment, monitoring, performance optimization, and scalability.

  
  

• Define AI governance frameworks, ensuring responsible AI practices, data privacy, security, compliance, and ethical AI implementation.

  
  

• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, tools, frameworks, and platforms to identify opportunities for innovation.

  
  

• Collaborate with executive management, business stakeholders, IT, Data, and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions.

  
  

• Manage AI-related budgets, resources, vendors, and technology partnerships.

  
  

• Establish KPIs and performance metrics to measure AI initiatives' business impact and technical effectiveness.

  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree or PhD is highly preferred.

  
  

• 10+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related technology fields.

  
  

• 5+ years of experience in technical leadership, AI management, or leading multidisciplinary technology teams.

  
  

• Proven experience developing and executing enterprise-level AI strategies and roadmaps.

  
  

• Strong understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Computer Vision.

  
  

• Extensive knowledge of Generative AI technologies, including LLMs, RAG, Fine-tuning, Prompt Engineering, and Agentic AI.

  
  

• Experience overseeing the development and deployment of AI-powered applications and enterprise AI solutions.

  
  

• Strong understanding of AI frameworks and technologies such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, and LlamaIndex.

  
  

• Familiarity with cloud AI platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud.

  
  

• Strong knowledge of MLOps/LLMOps, AI infrastructure, model lifecycle management, and production deployment.

  
  

• Understanding of data architecture, data engineering, and enterprise data governance.

  
  

• Knowledge of AI security, responsible AI, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.

  
  

• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.

  
  

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.

  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related discipline.

  
  

• Experience leading large-scale enterprise AI transformation initiatives.

  
  

• Experience building AI Centers of Excellence (CoE) or establishing AI departments from the ground up.

  
  

• Relevant certifications in AI, Machine Learning, or Cloud AI platforms.

  
  

• Experience working in enterprise environments, particularly in Banking, Financial Services, Telecommunications, or other highly regulated industries.
