** WE ARE HIRING | Branch Manager – Luxor**

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven **Branch Manager** to lead and manage our Luxor branch.

** Location:** Luxor, Egypt

** Position:** Branch Manager

**⏳ Experience:** Minimum 5 years in the same position within the tourism industry.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Oversee and manage all daily branch operations.

- Lead, supervise, and motivate the branch team.

- Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, tour guides, and other tourism partners.

- Ensure smooth tour operations and maintain high service standards.

- Monitor branch performance and ensure operational efficiency.

- Handle client requests, resolve operational issues, and maintain strong business relationships.

**Requirements:**

- At least 5 years of proven experience as a Branch Manager in the tourism industry.

- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

- In-depth knowledge of Luxor's tourism market and local operations.

- Ability to manage a team and work effectively under pressure.
