Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review shop drawings, technical drawings, and detailed designs.
- Prepare and review BOQs, quantity take-offs, and material specifications.
- Review project drawings, specifications, and contracts to identify technical requirements.
- Prepare technical submittals, RFIs, method statements, and material submittals.
- Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and other departments.
- Ensure that all drawings and technical documents comply with project specifications and standards.
- Follow up on material approvals and technical queries.
- Review and evaluate contractor/subcontractor technical documents.
- Support the project team in resolving technical issues and site problems.
- Assist in preparing variation orders, as-built drawings, and project documentation.
- Monitor and maintain proper documentation and records for all technical office activities.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
5+ years of relevant experience in Technical Office Engineering.
Strong experience in shop drawings, quantity surveying, BOQs, and technical submittals.
Good knowledge of AutoCAD and relevant engineering software.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
