Job Responsibilities and Duties

Internal Audits Management

• Manage and prepare internal audit planning on a digital platform.
• Prepare audit reports.
• Follow up on action plans and evaluate action effectiveness.
• Ensure the internal auditors matrix is prepared, in place, and up to date.
• Perform auditor evaluations on a yearly basis.

Internal Documents Management

• Control the creation and uploading of local documentation (procedures, instructions, etc.).
• Ensure local affiliate documents are updated and controlled according to Y-EMEA rules.
• Ensure changes to the QMS are properly managed.

IATF & Customer-Specific Requirements

• Analyze IATF 16949 rules/specifications, their changes, and their integration within the QMS.
• Analyze new and updated Customer-Specific Requirements (CSR).

IATF Findings from Other Locations

• Deploy and verify whether IATF findings from other locations occur at the locations under your responsibility.
• Fill in the results in the digital platform.

External IATF Audits and Customer Audits

• Prepare for IATF audits and follow up on their status.
• Manage non-conformities in terms of action management.
• Collect and prepare evidence with the related affiliate management and staff.
• Support customer audits (QMS topics) and follow up on non-conformities.

Reporting

• Ensure internal audit reports are submitted on time.
• Ensure timely Management Review reporting.

Training

• Perform training sessions for the assigned locations regarding Document Control, QMS, and CSR for newly hired members.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or any related field.
• English: Professional proficiency.
• Communication: Good communication skills.
• Microsoft Office: Professional proficiency.
• Qualifications: Knowledge and experience in IATF 16949, ISO 9001V2015, Core Tools (MSA, Control Plan, SPC, APQP, PPAP, and VDA FMEA), and VDA 6.3 Version 2023 .
• Professional Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a related area within the automotive sector, preferably in wire harness manufacturing.

Transportation

• Yazaki Egypt provides transportation to and from the plant through designated assembly points.
