Job Objective: Provide excellent customer service and contribute to the efficient operation of the branch by preparing products and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the place. Core Tasks: Welcome customers and deal with them appropriately. Take orders and record them on the cashier system. Prepare drinks and food according to the place's standards. Deliver orders in an organized and fast manner. Maintain the cleanliness of the place and work tools, which is considered one of the most important tasks at work. Adhere to quality and food safety standards. Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure work flows well. Requirements: Good appearance and polite in handling customers. Ability to work under pressure. Commitment to schedules. Previous experience in cafes or restaurants of at least 6 months is preferred. Working Hours: 9 working hours including an hour of rest.
