Connectalents, the leading Recruitment & HRO company in MENA, is currently hiring a GTM & Business Development Lead for an AI-powered B2B SaaS platform specializing in tendering and procurement solutions for the construction industry, with a primary focus on the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
Job Role
- Lead and execute go-to-market strategies across the UAE and KSA, driving market penetration and business growth.
- Identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and build strong relationships with key enterprise clients.
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and client engagement to product demonstrations, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Develop effective sales processes, optimize pipeline conversion, and drive revenue growth.
- Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and refine commercial strategies.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, business development, or GTM roles.
- Previous experience selling B2B SaaS or ERP solutions.
- Proven experience executing GTM strategies and driving business growth in the UAE and/or Saudi Arabia.
- Strong understanding of GCC markets, industry trends, and enterprise business operations.
- Proven ability to manage the entire sales cycle independently, from lead generation to closing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Arabic and English.
Work Setup: Full-time | Remote (Based in Egypt)
