Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Attendant role based in Cairo. The Sales Attendant is responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them to suitable products and services. Daily tasks include handling inquiries, explaining product features and pricing, processing sales transactions, and maintaining clean, organized display areas. The role also involves monitoring stock levels, assisting with inventory checks and restocking, and ensuring that all customer interactions reflect the company’s service standards. The Sales Attendant collaborates closely with colleagues and supervisors to meet sales targets and support smooth store operations.
Qualifications

• Ability to provide courteous, attentive customer service and build rapport with diverse customers.
• Basic sales skills, including product presentation, upselling, and handling objections in a professional manner.
• Comfort with cash handling, point-of-sale systems, and accurate transaction processing.
• Strong communication skills, including clear verbal communication and active listening.
• Reliability in following store procedures, including opening/closing duties and inventory checks.
• Attention to detail when arranging displays, labeling products, and maintaining store cleanliness.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform routine physical tasks related to stocking and organizing merchandise.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent educational background is beneficial.
