Role Description The Professional Medical Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Doki. This role involves promoting Innovec’s nutraceutical and cosmeceutical portfolio to healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and clinics, through regular visits and scientific presentations. The Medical Representative will provide accurate product information, respond to inquiries, and support healthcare partners in understanding appropriate use and benefits. Daily responsibilities include planning and executing territory coverage, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, organizing and attending medical events, and maintaining detailed records of interactions and outcomes. The role also includes building strong, ethical relationships with customers, collaborating with internal teams, and meeting sales and activity targets while adhering to regulatory and company compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Clinical and scientific knowledge: Candidates should possess skills in Pharmacy and Medicine to effectively understand and communicate product information.
• Market and business insight: Candidates should possess skills in Market Intelligence to analyze trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
• Communication and relationship-building: Candidates should possess skills in Communication and Customer Service to engage healthcare professionals and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Relevant education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Vet, Science
• Professional experience: Previous experience as a Medical Representative or in pharmaceutical sales in Ortho, Neuro, paedia, Rheumatology is an advantage.
• Additional capabilities: Strong organizational skills, ability to work in the field, proficiency with basic digital tools (e.g., CRM systems, office software), and a valid driving license are beneficial.
