Catering Service Manager – Catering & Events

Ocinco5 is an outside catering company serving weddings and events. We produce in our central kitchen in Sheikh Zayed and serve at client venues and event locations. We have delivered 700+ events in two years and serve 3,000 guests per week.

THE ROLE

You will lead our event service teams and make sure every event runs with professional, well-organized food and beverage service. This is an outside catering role: your events take place at client locations, not in a hotel or restaurant of ours. You will be based at our central kitchen in Sheikh Zayed and will travel to event locations as required. You will report to the F&B Operations Manager.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Plan service staffing and setup for each event based on guest count, menu, schedule and client requirements.

• Schedule, brief and supervise captains, waiters and temporary staff.

• Inspect buffet stations, table settings, equipment and staff presentation before every event.

• Lead service on event day: presentation, replenishment, cleanliness and guest care.

• Handle complaints on the spot and escalate when needed.

• Control service staffing cost against the approved budget, track equipment breakage and loss, and submit a post-event report.

• Train your team on service standards, hygiene and event procedures.

WHAT YOU NEED

• 5+ years in catering or event service, including 2+ years as a supervisor or manager.

• Hands-on outside catering experience: leading service at client venues and locations, including setup, equipment and team logistics.

• Proven experience leading service teams at large weddings and events.

• Experience running more than one event at the same time is a plus.

• Strong knowledge of buffet and plated service, and food hygiene.

• Good Arabic and English communication.

• Ability to prepare staffing plans and basic reports.

• Availability on evenings, weekends and event schedules.

WHAT WE OFFER

Fixed monthly salary based on experience, plus a performance bonus.
