Job Description – Senior Factory AccountantCompany: Voltaa – Golf Cart ManufacturingLocation: Abu Rawash, Giza, EgyptWorking Days: Sunday to ThursdayDays Off: Friday and SaturdayJob SummaryVoltaa is looking for an experienced Senior Factory Accountant to manage daily accounting operations, manufacturing cost accounting, inventory control, and financial reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, expenses, and payments.Calculate manufacturing costs for golf carts, including locally manufactured chassis and imported motors, batteries, and other components.Monitor production costs, raw material consumption, work in progress, and finished goods.Review warehouse transactions and coordinate with the warehouse keeper to ensure accurate inventory records.Conduct periodic physical stock counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.Track supplier and customer balances and perform account reconciliations.Prepare monthly financial reports, inventory reports, and product costing sheets.Monitor factory expenses and identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency.Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Accounting or Commerce.5–7 years of accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment.Proven experience in manufacturing cost accounting and inventory control.Experience with production costing, Bills of Materials (BOMs), work in progress, and finished goods valuation.Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience with accounting software or ERP systems.High attention to detail, analytical skills, integrity, and the ability to work independently.Working ConditionsFull-time, on-site position.Location: Voltaa Factory, Abu Rawash, Giza.Working days: Sunday to Thursday.Weekly days off: Friday and Saturday.
